@themaverick79 Good grief. How many versions of the story are there? This is why I'm so I can't let go of this time line or this case. My neighbors want to stop talking about it but I just can't. IMO something horrible may have happened to Sebastian and in that house. That makes me sick.

@MtnPatti @themaverick79 However, I know one particular family that turned their notification sensitivity down well before Sebastian went missing due to stray animals and wild animal (deer) running around our neighborhood. It was driving them nuts. I'm not sure what the Carr's settings were.

@MtnPatti @themaverick79 From what I understand, their cameras are 24/7 but alert when motion is activated. The night vision would only be activated in the dark. If a movement was detected and there was a light source, the camera would have alerted home owners but without night vision.

@Itsjustlauren86 Oh I know for a fact he has footage. He has sound AND night vision. He has cameras on every corner of his house, back porch and front door. He had to have seen the people walking with the flash lights, the car and whatever lights came on inside the Proudfoot house.

@Itsjustlauren86 Also, did the Carr's ever give their footage to LE? Was their property ever searched? I remember hearing their address on the dispatch call and the deputy said the owner is with him. Does that mean he was telling them no need to search or go to their house?

@Itsjustlauren86 I was also told HPD responded first, which should not have happened. They shouldn't have even been alerted until they were needed. SCSO should have responded first and then brought in resources at their discretion.

@Itsjustlauren86 HOLY CRAP!! I never thought about that. Chris Carr was a reserve motorcycle cop for HPD. He didn't finish so he was forced out. Knowing the Carr's knew and helped Katie with Sebastian during the week while CP was out of town. That keeps coming up in my head.

@Itsjustlauren86 Exactly. None of this makes any since. Then add in that the deputy told my friend he had orders to arrive at the command post at 5:00 a.m. Plus, I was told K-9s were seen around the house at 6:00 a.m. I can't confirm the k-9s.
