I know someone they chose not to press charges on that DEFINITELY deserves them but that’s a full grown adult so they don’t bother with him.

These people that live there have got to do something. They just have to. This can’t keep going on. This is another reason we keep focused on this case because with this level of what looks like gross incompetence and corruption, Sebastian won’t be the last to suffer. And he deserves justice.

Sadly a lot of these settlements include a non disclosure clause so this may be the last we hear of this.

But it definitely adds some useful context to this situation with Sebastian.

Thank God that poor boy has parents that are willing to fight for him. I wish Sebastian had had a mother like that…unfortunately…

The reason that Chris doesn’t want to be recorded is because he says things that directly contradict information released by himself, his wife, or his team in my opinion.

One such case is how he told the We Investigate duo that Sebastian could have walked between two houses because then if he’d gone further he would’ve been between the backs of houses where it was either stated or implied there are no cameras.

The problem? There’s a backyard camera facing the Proudfoots’ backyard. See the post from their private investigator below who confirms they have all the footage of the backyard from that night. Why did their PI say no one was out there if Sebastian walked through the yards behind houses?

I was beyond disappointed to learn that Seth Rogers, Tony, and the con artist known as "Clutch Them Pearls" were given a platform by @NancyGrace to spread lies about the Sebastian Rogers case. Once again, I am shocked at how a father could do this to his own son.

Justin, a.k.a. Clutch Them Pearls, you are a disgrace, a liar, a charlatan, a fraud. You produced an entirely fake image solely for money and views. Your nonexistent “team” did not enhance surveillance footage from the neighborhood. Your completely fictitious story about people exiting a vehicle and “two individuals” in the backyard of the Proudfoot home is nothing more than a desperate attempt to create content for your pathetic YouTube channel at the expense of a missing 16-year-old boy.

I have been a guest on Nancy Grace many times, and as an actual investigator in Sebastian’s case, I hope she will take a closer look at the evidence and shift the narrative. The focus should be on how Seth Rogers, his spokesperson, and low-level frauds like Bullhorn Betty and Clutch Them Pearls have tried to profit from Sebastian’s disappearance, just as they have done to other missing persons.

Let me be clear to Nancy Grace and anyone else seeking actual facts: there were no individuals lingering behind the Proudfoot house. I have attached a still image from one of multiple surveillance cameras behind the house to prove it’s captured on camera and that we know what did and did not happen behind the house. No one is seen lingering, moving around, or carrying Sebastian, contrary to the lies Clutch Them Pearls is pushing.

Seth, Tony, Bullhorn Betty, Clutch Them Pearls, and the rest of the gaggle of grifters will claim I am defending Chris and Katie, but that is not the case. I am defending Sebastian, since his own father refuses to do so. This is me saying enough is enough. Let those who genuinely care about finding the truth do so without interference from false narratives created for profit.

We have footage from behind the house, just as we have footage from in front of the house, along with over 100 hours of additional footage from the neighborhood. Sebastian is not being carried anywhere by anyone. There are no people lurking or moving around in the backyard or "common area."

It is time for Seth Rogers to answer, on a national stage, why he allows this exploitation to continue at his son’s expense. What possible justification could a father have for permitting this to happen in his own son’s name?

According to the coworker silver talked to, wasn’t Chris allegedly about to start climbing up the crane at 6:30? Didn’t he say he saw him at 6:30? I thought that would mean he would see him on the ground before he climbed up but I guess he could’ve meant he heard him on the radio or something.

I just find it odd Chris was allegedly calling the non emergency line while he was climbing up the crane. Why wouldn’t he have just left? Couldn’t be bothered to let people know about Sebastian. Sick.

I googled this trying to find out if anyone's ever even attempted such a thing, and it mentions Sumner County setting a precedent. Imagine being the county who actually *set a precedent* as the first people ever to drag a 5 year old autistic child to court on some felony charges.

Sounds like the whole damn county has to be bankrupted by federal lawsuits before they'll ever get it through their heads that they can't just do whatever they want, while throwing the most vulnerable kids to the wolves. It really seems like there is something going on there. We’ve all sensed that something is off. Seth hopefully can hold the line and force some answers out of them. This level of corruption is beyond unacceptable. In my opinion, it seems like they may be targeting disabled youths to get them involved in the juvenile court system. There are many reasons for this that could be very nefarious.

Remember how Chris said he called the police to ask them something about Sebastian and “lo and behold” something happened and bla bla?? Something is fishy. I speculate they may have been a driving force in Sebastian’s misery as well before he went missing and that’s another reason they refuse to advocate publicly for him like his rotten mother.

And from a personal standpoint, it’s so hard to entrust your kids with these people in schools to begin with and seeing how they can abuse their power to take advantage of the vulnerable makes it even worse.

SHOCKING! FROM KINDERGARTEN TO THE JUVENILE COURT SYSTEM! Sumner County, TN.
5 Year Old AUTISTIC child charged with a Felony of Aggravated Assault by Sumner County Resource Officer.
This comes AFTER child's parents request via his IEP, a one-on-one aid for him in kindergarten and warned them what would happen if they did NOT provide one. Well....they did not initially do that until AFTER the situation had already escalated!
WHO should be properly training these officers to properly interact and react within the community?

Watch and please leave a comment. This is a real problem and Sumner County officers need to be trained properly on how to protect, serve and cherish all children and especially their vulnerable population!

The whole thing is just unbelievable. Yet with what we’ve seen them do with Sebastian’s case, not surprising at the same time. I feel so bad for that little boy who is probably going to have a black mark on his name for love because of them and the parents standing up for them.

Did you hear in her video the parents alleged they have been retaliating against them? Smfh. When will something be done about these abuses of power against the most vulnerable in society?
