Apparently, it is only your policy to replace the item. I do not accept a replacement from a kitchen that has failed basic safety standards. I expect this to be resolved.
@PizzaFan_Tweet I ordered a calzone via @efoodgr and found a piece of hard plastic the size of my fingernail inside the food. Efood is refusing to refund me saying that it is your store policy not to refund. I have clear photographic evidence of this Health hazard.
@efoodgr your support team is telling me it’s okay for your partners to serve food with a chunk of hard plastic in it as the “store doesn’t offer refunds”. Is this a standard of safety you want associated with your brand? I have the chat logs and photo evidence. Please advise.
@HSBC_UK@HSBC I have a credit card with you. I can log onto online banking but there is a message saying “there is a problem loading your UK accounts”. I’m in the UK. I’ve tried to help support chat in the app and they can’t find my account.
@HSBC_UK They are asking me to phone, when I phone I can’t get through because they ask for a pin. When I speak to chat on the app they are repeatedly telling me I don’t have an account with HSBC. I have a credit card with you, I need to be able to access my account.
I tried phoning and I couldn’t get through to a human. I put in my long card number and DOB as requested and it said that I have no security number set up and to visit the website. I need to access my account somehow. If I can’t I’ll just transfer the balance to another bank.
@agoda I am waiting at the reception of the hotel I have booked. I’ve been here 20 minutes, you have confirmed my reservation and I have paid yet they have no record. Your customer service is not responding quick enough. I feel unwell and want to check in
@TicketmasterCS I've been emailing you back and forth for weeks and weeks just trying to get my tickets for the Katherine Ryan show I booked last year. I didn’t receive confirmation at the time and I have never received my tickets – the money went out of my account. Please help.
