@bookingcom I’ve made a couple of requests to cancel my booking of one night for tomorrow because I didn’t feel safe at the hotel last time. You said in the app that I’d have a response in 24 hours but I haven’t. I contacted you about this earlier in the week when I stayed there.

@bookingcom Thank you, I’ve sent those, can you please act quickly? I’m due to stay there tonight but it’s unsafe because it’s on a street that taxis can’t reach, you need to ring the doorbell to get in (even after check-in), and the staff don’t always answer the door.
@Uber_Support I have contacted Uber. My app has not been accepting ANY payment methods for 6 months so I have been unable to use it at all. Uber said it was my bank but I’ve tried PayPal and credit cards with different banks. Can you please resolve this issue for me.
@cabify_arg hello. My app won’t let me log in. I don’t have a VPN altering my location to another country. I have reinstalled the app. I try to log in with every method on the login page, Apple, Google, phone number and it says “something has gone wrong”
@AirbnbHelp hello I’ve got to an Airbnb today and the host told me the air conditioner unit has heating. But it is not working. It’s absolutely freezing and it’s still daytime. I have spoken to the host and support but I don’t yet have a resolution. I’m so cold. Please help.
@BAecobici Why can’t foreigners use bikes right now? This is one of the great things about the city and I can’t use it. It’s very disappointing and seems discriminatory to exclude foreigners.
