I hope, that as a community we continue the momentum with every victim. Those dedicated to fact based information in the search for justice. This is the start of something new. Something bigger.Let that be the focus. Not the past of those searching. Let’s continue to grow forward
@LELDF Your statement is also wildly inaccurate. The video clearly shows that Hadley tossed his unloaded airsoft gun, which lacked a CO2 cartridge, tried to comply. Screamed out to the ‘deputy’ pleading to him. Backing the blue is one thing. Blind loyalty is another. Diaz did wrong.
@LELDF BLM and other radical groups demanded he be charged? There were local protestors. The family. The ACLU met with locals.. but never did any ‘radical groups’ at least locally. Standing with Diaz means you believe LE should shoot first and ask questions later. Which isn’t the case
Covering a story to simply get clicks, just to boost your monetization.. while not even trying to grasp the impact, the cause or the totality is appalling.. the community affected hasn’t recovered from last year and are hit again. Your moral ineptitude is showing. Tuck it in.
@rwbnocommie@unlimited_ls However knowing the weather conditions like I said, you can't follow commands you can't hear. As soon as Elijah realized it was LE he dropped the bb gun. He was 17. The professional one, the one who is trained is the one who is held to the highest standard. Not the kid.
@rwbnocommie@unlimited_ls I will play devils advocate and I have locally, we can pretend Diaz didn't see Elijah dropping the gun and justify the first set of 4. But the 2 sets totaling 16 more, with the last set of 4 being while he was totally incapacitated and basically already dead are not.
@rwbnocommie@unlimited_ls We will never agree. I know the conditions on that roadway. I know what the weather was like the winds were high. That area is basically an echo chamber, the deputy had his music blaring. Jacob couldn't regulate his emotions and killed a kid unjustifiably. A badge isn't an excuse
@rwbnocommie@unlimited_ls I was in court. The full video was shown. So I do have that advantage of seeing all that was presented to the judge. Elijah was not violating curfew, or any carry law. Real or BB guns. The call was a concerned citizen not a criminal complaint. There was no reason for use of force
@bossbart001@unlimited_ls Not when they don't have the CO2 cartridge in them. Not when they were never pointed at you. Not when they were literally held by the fingertips upside down and tossed into the median.
@Lucypat61b@unlimited_ls So walking at night. Before the state enforced curfew, with a BB Gun that you're legally permitted to carry in NM means you are going to die?
@CaseyRobin23227@unlimited_ls He's still on paid administrative leave. And according to Sheriff Black will remain so until the conclusion of the trial.
@princezo11@unlimited_ls There absolutly should if they have no reason to use deadly force. No officer deserves the right to kill someone. If we take away their ability to be held accountable more bad cops will kill more innocent people. 16 weeks of training and bam license to execute. I think not.
@DelonteBailey92@unlimited_ls It was 1045 when a concerned citizen called in. The officer responded just after 11pm. It was June 25th middle of summer.
