Of course, we raised our concern on this and we were told that an additional ₦20.25/unit was charged as VAT, instead of the standard 7.5% (₦5.18), which is a clear violation.

The bearer of this ungodly news has been both uncooperative and arrogantly dismissive.

Last Month we moved to Band B . We were informed to continue at the rate of @259 until it reflects on our bill, which we did.
Today we got notifications on the new rate at N90/unit (VAT inclusive).
