But since last 1 week, I am only getting assurance that my product will be repaired soon. In this scorching heat of delhi, I am suffering a lot due to this ignorance. I contacted all the customer service personal from Onsitego but I am getting only assurance and not resolution.

I requested for service of my product on 21-04-25 Service Request ID 250421-000511 under the services warranty from OnsiteGO (service purchased at the time of buying Product) but still it’s not repaired. My service request was created on 21 April@onsitego @myvoltas @VijaySales
