@sleepmasters_sa I was just told right now by the CS agent that the delivery message we receive is actually just automated, means nothing basically. You can only be sure of delivery time when you get a call from the driver an hour before! People need to know this!!!

@Betway_za I have been trying to make a withdrawal from my account since Wednesday and the funds keep returning to the account. Even now I have pending withdrawal. Your CS agent says account is under review but they don't know why or for how long. How possible is that????
@DebonairsPizza your complaints management is really dismal! There's no accountability at all. Your attempt at an apology was putting the blame back on the driver. No one even addressed the issue of the cold food delivered. You have indeed lost a customer
@TelkomZA I logged a fault 2 weeks ago and till now it has not been attended to and yet the debit order goes off without delay. I've been struggling with service for over a month now. Who do I need to talk to to get this resolved??
