اسلام آباد میں بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی اور جبری گمشدہ افراد کے لواحقین کا مسلسل احتجاج آج 74 دن بعد ختم ہوا۔ ایک پریس کانفرنس اور پیِس واک کے ذریعے اس کے اختتام کا اعلان کیا گیا۔ یہ احتجاج ان ماؤں، بہنوں اور بچوں کی جدوجہد تھی جو اپنے پیاروں کی بازیابی اور بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کے گرفتار رہنماؤں کی رہائی کے لیے اپنے گھروں سے نکل کر وفاقی دارالحکومت تک آئے تھے۔
بلوچستان میں حکومت اور عدلیہ کے غیر سنجیدہ اور بے حِس رویے سے مایوس ہو کر وہ اسلام آباد آئے تھے، اس امید کے ساتھ کہ شاید یہاں ان کی آواز سنی جائے گی۔ لیکن 74 دن کے طویل انتظار میں ان ماؤں اور بہنوں کو بیگانگی، سردمہری، تشدد، ہراسانی اور دھمکیوں کا سامنا کرنا پڑا۔ جھلسا دینے والی گرمی ہو یا طوفانی بارشیں، وہ اپنے پیاروں کی تصویریں اٹھائے بیٹھی رہیں، مگر کوئی مقتدر شخص ان کے پاس آ کر ان کے دکھ سننے نہ آیا اور جس میڈیا کو ان مظلوم خاندانوں کی آواز کو اجاگر کرنا چاہیے تھا، صرف چند کے علاوہ زیادہ تر ��واقع پر ان لواحقین کے خلاف جھوٹے پروپیگنڈے کو ہوا دی۔

ریاستی بے حسی اور نفرت انگی�� رویوں کے باوجود، بلوچ لکھاری اور ہمارے بزرگ و استاد @mmatalpur ، ہیومن رائٹس کمیشن کی@MunizaeJahangir ، ڈیفنس آف ہیومن رائٹس کی @AminaMasoodJan1 ، وکیل اور انسانی حقوق کی نمائندہ @ImaanZHazir, افراسیاب خٹک صاحب اور دیگر احباب کی مسلسل اپیل پر اس احتجاجی کیمپ کو ختم کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا۔

ریاست کے بے حس حکمران شاید یہ سمجھتے ہوں کہ دو ماہ سے زیادہ پرامن احتجاج کرنے والی ماؤں اور بہنوں کو نظرانداز کرنا ان کی کامیابی ہے لیکن درحقیقت یہ ریاست کی اخلاقی، انسانی اور آئینی ذمہ داریوں کی سب سے بڑی ناکامی ہے۔ یہ احتجاج نہ صرف لواحقین کے دلوں میں مایوسی، بیگانگی اور نفرت کی تلخ یادیں چھوڑ گیا، بلکہ اس دوران ریاست کے اُن تمام دعوؤں کو بھی بے نقاب کر گیا جن میں وہ خود کو شہریوں کے حقوق کی محافظ اور جمہوری ہونے کا دعویٰ کرتی ہے، حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہاں پرامن احتجاج کا بنیادی حق بھی ان لواحقین کو میسر نہ رہا، حتیٰ کہ انہیں پریس کلب کے سامنے احتجاج کی اجازت بھی نہ دی گئی۔

بلوچستان میں گزشتہ کئی دہائیوں سے جاری جبر اور ناانصافی کے خلاف جدوجہد زندہ ہے اور زندہ رہے گی۔ جب تک بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کے رہنما رہا نہیں ہوتے اور جبری طور پر لاپتہ افراد بازیاب نہیں ہوتے، یہ جدوجہد ہر محاذ اور ہر فورم پر جاری رہے گی۔

ہم ان تمام ماؤں، بہنوں اور ساتھیوں کی جدوجہد قابل قدر ہیں جنہوں نے دو ماہ سے زیادہ عرصے تک مشکلات اور تکالیف کے باوجود اپنے احتجاج کو صبر، حوصلے اور استقامت کے ساتھ جاری رکھا۔ ان کی قربانی اور ثابت قدمی تاریخ کا حصہ ہے اور ہمیشہ یاد رکھ�� جائے گی۔

Baloch teacher and singer Rafiq Oman was forcibly disappeared by security forces in Kech district on September 21, 2014.

Eleven years have now passed, yet like countless other victims of enforced disappearance, Rafiq’s fate and whereabouts remain unknown. Enforced disappearances are a grim reality in Balochistan, where victims are subjected to secret detention, cut off from the world, while their families are left to endure endless uncertainty, waiting, hoping, and fearing, never knowing what has happened to their loved ones.

Meanwhile, the parliament and judiciary remain preoccupied with legitimizing these practices. Those responsible for this inhumane crisis continue to enjoy impunity, standing above the law.

The victims, their families, and the entire people of Balochistan are left to suffer, trapped in an atmosphere of fear, criminality, and unaccountability.

آج ناکو معیار کی خوشی اور غم کی ملی جلی سسکیاں، ان میں لپٹا ہوا ایسا درد ہے جسے شاید ہی کوئی سمجھ سکے۔ یہ لرزتی ہوئی دہائیاں، یہ چیختا ہوا بغل گیر ہونا، یہ فلک شگاف رونا، کون جانے کہ ناکو معیار اپنے اکلوتے بیٹے کے گزرے لمحوں کے داغ اور صدیوں جیسی طویل جدائی کے بعد کی رہ رہائی کی کس کربناک درد و اذیت کو بیان کر رہی ہے۔

دو برسوں سے بیٹے کی جبری گمشدگی کا زہر اپنے وجود میں اتارنے کے بعد، ناکو معیار نے یہ دن کس عذاب، کس اذیت کے ساتھ کاٹا ہوگا، یہ صرف وہی جان سکتا ہے جس کی آنکھیں بھی برسوں سے اپنے گمشدہ پیاروں کی واپسی کی راہ تک رہی ہیں۔ یہ دکھ لفظوں میں ڈھلنے والا نہیں، یہ بس ان دلوں پر کھلتا ہے جو انتظار کے اسی جہنم میں جل رہے ہیں۔

We know what was done to Javed. The months stolen in the dark, the beatings, the nights that never ended, the terror of not knowing if the next breath would be his last. Javed lived in the shadow of death and no hand has been called to answer for it, nor does anyone have the power to deliver justice in this country.

So yes, today we breathe easier because Javed walks free. But freedom cannot wash the wounds. What he carries on his body, in his memory, is a question that this country refuses to face, and that silence is its own crime.

Aerial Bombing by Pakistan in Zehri, Balochistan

Paank is strongly condemns the aerial bombing carried out by Pakistani forces on 17 September 2025, at approximately 8:00 PM, in the Dhaak area of Zehri, Khuzdar district. The strike, involving jet fighters and drones, targeted civilian homes in residential areas, including Terasani Qazbi, resulting in the deaths of three civilians, Bibi Amina (40, wife of Sanaullah), Lal Bibi (41, wife of Ali Akbar), and Muhammad Hassan (30, son of Muhammad Yaqoob), and injuries to five others: Sanaullah (45, son of Ghulam Rasool), Ali Akbar (son of Abdul Hakeem), Abdul Nabi (38, son of Muhammad Yaqoob), Umair Ahmed (4, son of Ghulam Rasool), and Maoula Baksh (65, son of Mandoo).

Such deliberate attacks on civilians constitute grave violations of international humanitarian law, including the principles of distinction and proportionality under the Geneva Conventions. Zehri has faced repeated aerial assaults, with at least three reported in the past two months, exacerbating a pattern of unchecked state violence in Balochistan. Compounding the crisis is the ongoing internet shutdown in Khuzdar district, including Zehri, which has persisted for months. This blackout hinders access to information, silences survivors, and prevents independent verification of atrocities, enabling impunity for perpetrators.

Paank rejects the Pakistani military's claims, propagated through its media wing ISPR, that the victims were "insurgents." This narrative appears designed to obscure systematic abuses against the Baloch people, including what amounts to crimes against humanity.

Paank condemns this act as a war crime and part of a broader genocidal campaign. We urge international human rights organizations, United Nations bodies, and governments worldwide to demand an independent investigation, ensure accountability, lift the communications blackout, and provide urgent humanitarian aid to affected communities.

ایک طرف ڈاکٹر ماہ رنگ بلوچ اور ان کے ساتھیوں کو عدالت میں پیش کیے جانے کے باوجود ہر بار ان کی ریمانڈ بلاجواز بڑھائی جا رہی ہے۔ یہ نہ صرف انصاف کے بنیادی اصولوں کی توہین ہے بلکہ اس حقیقت کا کھلا اعلان بھی ہے کہ ریاست قانون کو اپنے سیاسی مخالفین کے خلاف ہتھیار کے طور پر استعمال کر رہی ہے، دوسری طرف اسلام آباد میں وہی بلوچ خاندان ہیں جن میں مائیں، بہنیں اور معصوم بچے شامل ہیں جو پچھلے 58 دنوں سے کھلے آسمان تلے، شدید گرمی، بارش اور موسم کی سختیوں کے ساتھ ساتھ انتظامیہ کی ہراسانی، دھمکیوں اور رکاوٹوں کے باوجود صرف اپنے گرفتار ساتھیوں کی رہائی کے لئے ڈٹے ہوئے ہیں۔

مگر ریاستی اداروں اور حکمران طبقے کی بے حسی اس نہج پر ہے کہ گویا یہ احتجاج، یہ تکالیف اور یہ صدائیں سب ان کے لئے بے معنی ہیں۔ ان خاندانوں کی طرف دیکھنے، ان کی فریاد سننے یا ان سے بات کرنے تک کی زحمت نہیں کی جاتی۔ یہ رویہ محض غفلت نہیں بلکہ ایک سوچا سمجھا ظلم اور ریاستی بے حسی کا تسلسل ہے۔

ہمارے احتجاج اور قربانیوں کو نظرانداز کرتے ہوئے ساتھیوں کو بار بار ریمانڈ پر لے جانا دراصل ہمیں یہ پیغام دینے کی کوشش ہے کہ ہمار�� جدوجہد کی کوئی قیمت یا وقعت نہیں لیکن ہم اعلان کرتے ہیں کہ ہماری جدوجہد کی اصل طاقت انہی دکھوں، انہی صبر آزما دنوں اور انہی ناقابلِ تسخیر حوصلوں میں ہے، اور ہم ہر صورت اپنی ساتھیوں کے لئے ہر ممکن پلیٹ فارم ہر اقدام اپنائیں گے۔

Today in Quetta, the ATC extended the remand of Dr. Mahrang Baloch and other BYC leaders by another 15 days. That makes ninety days under the 3MPO, fifteen in illegal custody, and sixty-five in police remand—nearly six months of imprisonment without a shred of evidence.

For 57 days we have protested in Islamabad with nothing but our voices and our resolve. Inside parliament, ministers claim BYC’s fate lies with the courts. Outside, we see how those courts truly function: judges removed for refusing to extend remand, suspended FIRs revived when televised lies collapse. The laws used against the Baloch were never written to protect us; they were designed to justify our persecution. And when a judge, after fifty years in law, chooses the colonel over the constitution, what remains is only disgrace.

We demand the immediate and unconditional release of BYC leaders. Their imprisonment has never been about law or evidence. It is about silencing those who organize peacefully, who invoke the Constitution instead of the gun, who insist that the voices of Baloch families cannot be erased. As Dr. Mahrang told the court, every FIR and every illegal detention is now etched into the hearts of Baloch children and into the conscience of the Baloch nation.

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے چیف جسٹس سرفراز ڈوگر کی جانب سے وکیل ایمان مزاری کے ساتھ غیر عدالتی، غیر مہذب اور ذاتی نوعیت کے الفاظ کا استعمال نہ صرف عدالت کے وقار کو مجروح کرتا ہے بلکہ پورے نظامِ انصاف کی ساکھ پر سنگین سوالات اٹھاتا ہے۔

یہ طرزِ گفتگو ایک وکیل کی تضحیک سے کہیں بڑھ کر ہے، یہ اس ادارے کی ساکھ پر کاری ضرب ہے جس سے عوام کو سب سے زیادہ انصاف کی امید وابستہ ہوتی ہے۔ کوئی سنجیدہ اور مہذب ذہن یہ تسلیم نہیں کر سکتا کہ اس درجے کے غیر سنجیدہ اور دھمکی آمیز جملے ایک اعلیٰ عدلیہ کے جج کی زبان سے ادا ہو سکتے ہیں۔المیہ یہ ہے کہ یہ محض ایک فرد کا ذاتی رویہ نہیں بلکہ پورے عدالتی نظام کی زوال پذیری کی عکاسی ہے۔ ایک طرف شہری اپنے بنیادی حقوق کے تحفظ اور انصاف کے لئے عدالتوں کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹاتے ہیں�� اور دوسری طرف انہی عدالتوں سے غیر پیشہ ورانہ، جانبدار اور غیر شائستہ رویہ سامنے آتا ہے۔

اگر اعلیٰ عدلیہ میں انصاف فراہم کرنے کے بجائے وکلا کو دھمکایا جائے اور ذاتی حملے معمول بنا دیے جائیں تو پ��ر عوام آخر کس در سے انصاف کی امید رکھیں؟

Today marks 59 days since Baloch families began their peaceful sit-in outside Islamabad’s National Press Club. Their demand remains clear and unwavering: justice for the illegally detained leaders of BYC, and meaningful action against enforced disappearances in Balochistan. On the other hand, authorities have responded with nothing but passive neglect and active obstruction.

Yet, through these 59 long days, the families have persisted, sitting day after day, enduring every hardship. Their courage is a stark reminder that silence is complicity, and neglect cannot erase grief.
