@YankeesSzn99 The guys just a dope. Imagine telling everyone willing to listen you’ll never ever play for the Yankees. Thats the team that’s going to drive up your price. Good thing his agent got through to him so he shut the fu$& up. One reason he got the contract he did.
@JulieCasimiroRI Thank Rep. Casimiro for interest in and leadership on this issue. You were relentless. And to the lawyers involved at the trial and appellate levels. Wonderful and creative lawyering by ALL of you.
@RIJudiciary@jfbatista12 Wonderful library. The entire staff there is amazing and so very helpful. The legal community and anyone who uses it are very lucky. Thanks!
@AtticusHolley Well Rep. Place at least our guy tried to overthrow the government and rip up the Constitution he swore to uphold? Or did Trump win? Just sayin’
@AtticusHolley Well Lisa at least President Biden never tried to overthrow the government and rip up the Constitution he swore to uphold. Or do you think Trump won? Just sayin’
@TimWhiteRI As far as the complaint being made public we need to remember that this began in the context of a criminal trial indeed during what is arguably the most sensitive part of it deliberations. 6th. Am. And RI Const. require public trials. The cat is out of the bag.
@sericksonri @TimWhiteRI@Eli_Sherman Judge Proccacini is to be commended for his actions and especially for putting the matter in the hands of a dispassionate 3rd party for the ultimate decision on whether or not the RPCs were violated. Rare indeed.
@sericksonri @TimWhiteRI@Eli_Sherman So much for the bench and bar standing up together to support and promote the integrity and independence of the judiciary important principles of our constitutional values. The RPCs require that lawyers report misconduct when it is perceived. Unfortunately few of us do.
