If only I was not susceptible to motion sickness, my goal would have been to round up all the communists and give them a lovely helicopter ride a la Pinochet!
When police are killed in the line of duty I always hear the same sentiment
"They knew the risk when they took the job."
How come we can’t apply this logic when criminals are killed during arrests?
"They knew the risk when they did the crime."
They went to a concert.
They never came home.
High school sweethearts.
Eighteen and nineteen.
July 20, 2025.
Interstate 90, Wisconsin.
Driving home.
He in the passenger seat.
She behind the wheel.
A massive SUV came at them the wrong way.
Head-on.
She died at the scene.
He was airlifted.
He fought for five days.
Then he died too.
Now here is the part that should make your hands shake.
The driver was in this country illegally.
Convicted of drunk driving in 2020.
A court ordered an ignition interlock —
a device that stops the car if you have been drinking.
She never installed it.
She drove anyway.
She drove the wrong way.
She drove drunk.
Read that again.
Convicted.
Ordered.
Ignored.
Released.
Killed.
Federal immigration asked the local jail to hold her if she posted bond.
The county refused.
Sanctuary policy.
Two teenagers who did everything right.
Two futures erased on one highway.
They should be arguing about the encore.
They should be starting college this fall.
A court order is not a suggestion.
A border is not a suggestion.
A life is not a suggestion.
@BlondePatriotTX@ThrillaRilla369 Well, I have been to Dallas and San Antonio but on business trips. So not the same as living there I know. I did love the steaks and brisket! But nope - I do not like gravy and tea should not be sweetened! 😁
@GingerWeiland@khacterina@ThrillaRilla369 Hey now - no need to get nasty. I meant that in jest. Good gravy is serious work - and I appreciate it when I need it to cover the taste of bad tasting food. But then that is my point!
@khacterina@ThrillaRilla369 Well - its the opposite - i know how to cook - passed down from my dad and grandmama. We have serious skill and flavor in our cooking - so no gravy necessary! 😉
@bellaluna130@ThrillaRilla369 Well - you must have never had real good mashed potato! Some good mashed with a square of butter on top - much more elegant and tasty - you lose the taste of the potatoes from the overwhelming power of the gravy!
@SouthMouth78@ThrillaRilla369 I agree - because without the gravy, by themselves - not that good. Now a good chicken fried steak or shnitsel - does not need gravy. You are just proving my point! 😉
Hey - don’t het me wrong - I enjoy good gravy - especially if I am presented with gross food like buscuits that are not edible without it - but then that is my point. If one knows how to cook, no gravy necessary. And for me - what a waste of good bacon drippings! I save them to cook other food or let it congeal and spread on a piece of thick black bread with some raw garlic! Mmm mmm
@doggiefool@ThrillaRilla369 Well - starch or flour - a type of sugar in my mind. And yeah biscuits and gravy is great because biscuits by themselves are gross 😉
I am so sorry to hear that. I assumed Japan as a whole - based on its heritage of the bushido code was mostly conservative and prioritized meritocracy, but based on what you shared, it is a country infected with the same libtard cancer as everyone else. I do hope your new lady boss leader finds a way to clean things up!
