Daddy… when God called you home, He carried my heart with you and took the light from my world. Every day since, I feel the empty space you left behind. I miss your voice, your wisdom, and the way you made everything feel safe. Life will never be the same without you, but I carry you in my heart and in every step I take.
Strange feeling when you realize you’ve now lived more years in the U.S. than anywhere else — including the island you called home. You left for college and never really went back. Some days I sit with the what-ifs. Different school. Different country. Dad still here. A whole other life, just one choice away.
Today, we celebrate the life and legacy of The Most Honourable Edward Seaga, Jamaica’s fifth Prime Minister, on what would have been his 96th birthday.
Edward Seaga devoted his life to the service of Jamaica and played a significant role in shaping our nation’s political, economic, and cultural development.
Beyond public service, he was deeply passionate about Jamaican culture, music, and heritage, helping to preserve and promote the richness of Brand Jamaica to the world.
As we honour his memory today, we acknowledge his tremendous contribution to our country and continue to draw inspiration from his dedication to nation-building.
May his legacy continue to live on in the heart of our nation.
@VerizonSupport I’m consistently having issues with my phone not having any data when I’m on a call. I’ve called and troubleshooted this issue before, and it was considered resolved. It’s not.

Jamaican, Rohan Freeman made it to the top of the world, literally!
Rohan became the first Jamaican to reach the summit of Everest, first in 2009 and again in May 23, 2025.
He holds the distinction of being the first Jamaican and African-American to climb the Seven Summits; the highest mountain on each of the seven continents.
On this Memorial Day, we pause to honor those who gave everything so we could have what we have. Their sacrifice wasn’t just a moment in history — it lives in the fabric of this country. We remember them today, and always.
@VerizonSupport I have a dual e-sims phone with two numbers. When I’m using my hotspot feature, the data disconnects. Please explain why this happens and how is that consistent with how doing business.
