@EricLDaugh Stupid idea- instead of more years of school, refer to a Registered Dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) who nhave Master’s Degrees in Nutrition & Medical Nutrition Therapy. One or 2 college classes is wholly inadequate to teach nutrition.

@DrJesseMorse Works for many, not all. I’ve seen turmeric/ curcumin trigger worse arthritis symptoms. That many walnuts daily would give me major ear issues when flying, diving or just driving down the mountain. Some fish oil brands are pretty nasty.

In general, good recommendations.
