I’m not the biggest fan of CC, and I’m biased, but he worded this almost perfectly. If you’re in Lebron’s shoes, how do you prioritize happiness & success?

You join a team where you can play your style of basketball without having to tax your body every game. That’s exactly what he would get on the 76ers.

The 76ers still need a true point guard, so the fit is beneficial for both sides. LeBron gets the role he needs to continue playing his style of basketball without requiring 20+ PPG to be a huge contribution on a serious contending team.

It’s NOTHING comparable to KD joining the warriors—if that’s a legacy concern. We haven’t made it out of the 2nd round during Embiid’s tenure. He’d be helping a team that hasn’t come close to a championship in 25 years.
