@igluemodels Some Zero fighters did have clipped wingtips. Evidently they climbed faster but had slightly shorter range. The design parameter was range.

@SophiePointer No. It’s official. Change of policy to collect up stray $$$ for treasury. Seems they went after business a month or two ago and now are requesting payment that had previously been waived for late returns.
