The service around my home in London isn't horrible with @O2 but it isn't great. My main issue with @virginmedia. Rubbish service. I'm going for @CommunityFibre once that contract ends.

My O2 contract will expire next month. Given the horrible service I've had with Virgin Media the past 6 months and their useless customer service where calling 150 doesn't work let alone the useless bots. I will never go for either O2 or VM ever again.
