From the last few days, there has been a significant amount of criticism regarding our stance on the violence against unarmed civilians in Balochistan. From the day one, my position has been very clear: we are peaceful activists committed to non-violence. Both BYC and I strongly oppose any form of violence, regardless of ethnicity, race, political, or religious affiliation. The solution to Balochistan conundrum lies in the rule of law, which those in power don’t want because chaos strengthens their grip on power.

Punjab University, Lahore has issued my suspension orders applying allegations that I, the miscreant student, have used university platform to pollute students minds against state institutions. And that my conduct has badly injured the reputation & integrity of the educational institute.
It's to be noted that this notice deliberately renders to a protest that was held 2 months back and reads the date of issuance as June 14.
While I'm receiving this letter on August 12, 2024 when I myself went to check for it. I wasn't even issued a charge sheet prior to this.
So it's clear that it has been issued post the Raaji Muchi participation deliberately putting previous dates.
This depicts that not only state is targeting the participants of Raaji Muchi with its forces and authorities but even the educational institutions are not giving any exception in punishing the Baloch students for peaceful politics.
The inappropriate language and words used against me, being a female Baloch student, are in itself a question mark to the institute's socalled discipline and values.
This intentional attempt prior to a week before my annual exams, is to harm my educational career and a heinous attack on my personal & moral character.
The institue must follow up the negotiations signed by the state with BYC.
Punjab University must cancel this suspension letter and take its baseless allegations back.

آج گوادر دھرنے کا گیارہواں دن ہے۔ ہم انصاف کے حصول کے لیے پچھلے گیارہ دنوں سے گوادر میں دھرنا دیے بیٹھے ہیں، لیکن ریاست اس دھرنے کے آئینی و قانونی مطالبات کو تسلیم کرنے کے بجائے گوادر سمیت پورے مکران میں کرفیو نافذ کیے ہوئے ہے۔ گزشتہ ۱۱ دنوں سے نیٹ ورک اور انٹرنیٹ بند ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ گوادر اور تربت کے زمی��ی رابطے دوسرے علاقوں سے منقطع کیے گئے ہیں، جس کے سبب یہاں خوراک اور دوائی کی قلت دن بہ دن بڑھتی جارہی ہے۔ اس کرفیو جیسی صورتحال میں ماہی گیر اور مزدور طبقہ شدید متاثر ہیں، جن کے روزگار کے تمام ذرائع بند کیے گئے ہیں۔ گوادر میں لوگوں کی حالت زندگی شدید مشکلات میں ہے، لیکن یہ ریاست اپنی درندگی اور وحشت کو ختم کرنے کو کسی بھی صورت تیار نہیں ہے۔

میں بلوچ عوام سمیت بین الاقوامی دنیا سے اپیل کرتی ہوں کہ ہمارے گرفتار ساتھیوں کی رہائی اور گوادر میں جاری ریاستی مظالم کے خلاف آواز اٹھائیں۔ بلوچستان میں ریاستی جبر اور بربریت کے خلاف آپ جس طرح آواز اٹھا سکتے ہیں، اٹھائیں۔ اس وقت خاموشی ہماری اجتماعی موت اور ایک سنگین انسانی بحران کو جنم دے گی۔

A narrative is being presented by the rulers of this country that the Baloch Yekjehti Committee is responsible for the chaos and curfew-like situation. The controlled media is aiding them in constructing this narrative. However, we are peacefully sitting in one corner of Gwadar, demanding that state authorities fulfill our legitimate demands and create an environment for negotiations. The state authorities have shut down the internet since July 27 and closed all major highways connecting Gwadar to Karachi and the rest of the country.

We have held several rounds of talks with government representatives and the district management of Gwadar. Despite this, as we sit to talk, hours after the paramilitary frontier corps and secret intelligence agencies arrest more of our colleagues, both within and outside Balochistan. The government appears intent on creating an alarming situation, which can potentially lead to a humanitarian catastrophe.

We reiterate our call and urge the authorities to reopen the major highways restore internet and mobile services immediately and fulfill our other demands. We have been and will remain peaceful. It is up to the state to determine how they handle this situation.
