@narendramodi आदरणीय, पूरे देश में सड़कों का जाल बिछ गया किन्तु NH-80,जो बिहार में करीब 50 किलोमीटर की दूरी माँ गंगा के किनारे तय करते हुए सिल्क नगरी भागलपुर तथा उर्जा नगरी कहलगाँव को जोड़ती है ,अभी तक जर्जर स्थिति में करीब 30 वर्षों से है।यह गड्ढों से पटी तथा धूल-धूसरित है।
