A donkey used to carry 60kg uphill. It's owner increased the weight to 120 kg. Donkey struggled but continued to climb.
Few days later, The donkey resisted and refused to work. So the owner reduced the weight to 115 kg. Now donkey is happy and will vote for the same owner in 2024

@SantoshGupta200 @ArindamPhysics 5 years is a standard time. While for theoretical sciences it is easy to complete PhD within 3 or 4 years, the story is different in case of experimental streams, especially Biological sciences.
