ફાર્માસિસ્ટની ગેરહાજરીમાં અન્ય કોઈ વ્યક્તિ દવાનું વેચાણ કરી શકે નહિ તેવું ફાર્મસી એક્ટની જોગવાઈ ૪૨ કહે છે
છતાં કોઈ બિન અધિકૃત વ્યક્તિ દવા વિતરણ કરે તો સજા કોને થાય ?
