@BethanyAllenEbr I had the exact opposite experience! Visited an apt in Banqiao and when I said I’ll take it, the landlord handed me the keys and told me to drop by her place with the money “whenever”. I was so surprised! I was the only “Adoga” in the neighborhood. Stayed there for 2 years.

@TheQuantumInsig @chen_yenhan That is not correct. India decriminalized consensual sex between adult men in 2018 but gay marriage is still illegal there.
