So there was a component to the love and deepspace scandal that involves knowingly spreading misinformation to “force” infold’s hands.

Most people were just sad the main story had not been updated in 500+ days but plenty of AU/skins have been released.

But whats crazy is the admission. We know this is what people do- what women do at large scale.

But to do it to their own game, made for them, by them.

At what point does it ever end? At what point do people realize they have a weird parasocial psycho obsession with things? Its one thing to dislike something and voice it. It is another entirely to send feces, knowingly lie to hurt a company, and threaten.

Do we just have to accept this behavior? Globally?

Companies need to ignore this psycho behavior and the ones crossing the line need a few examples of harsh punishment to prevent it from further happening.

China has been cracking down on these female centric TV shows with rich, powerful men to base women in reality again.

Considering how the gov and media is involved in this drama, this isn't just a bad dev decision.

Obviously, I dont know for sure, because I am not from there, but it seems they want to make sure people are basing their expectations in reality, and thus crack down on media glorifying something else.

And honestly, by how these women reacted, the gov does have a point.
