⛔️ Depression is NOT a mental illness or a disease it’s a warning that you’re not fulfilling your full potential. From personal experience, drugs won’t make what “the professionals” call depression go away. That’s because it’s not a problem it’s a powerful warning to get busy - don’t medicate it, listen to it and use it.

I am not a doctor but would still trust this advice more than the doctors. They are pushing a “mental illness” agenda that does not exist.
