How is it fair that indigenous unemployment rates are more than double that of non-indigenous people at 53.8%!? Unbelievable that only 14% of the aboriginal workforce hold professional level jobs. This is #heartbreaking. Canada is their HOME, we need to do better! #equality

@NaziraPoisson Absolutely not. Wherever you see bias in your own life, in your friends, family or otherwise, do what you can to open a dialogue. Hopefully by talking with people and educating them, we can start to get people to change their views!

Did you know: Women make up only 17% of U.K. Accounting firms? Many firms have staff that are 90% white males or HIGHER!? Meanwhile 51% of CPA holders are female! Something is wrong here. It's not 1930 anymore. We can do better in 2019! #diversity #equality

@NaziraPoisson We need HR professionals to reconsider how discrimination finds is way into their hiring practices. We need to do our best to avoid bias in recruitment and selection at all costs!
