Running session 3 - was able to maintain a stable low - mid zone 4 HR at 6 min/km pace. A lot of improvement from previous running sessions.
Tips:
-ONLY focus on your breath during the run. Even glancing at your phone = 👆HR
-Creatine helps a lot
