Just a suggestion, WhatsApp could improve the user experience by grouping all business and service-related communications into a separate tab. Currently, messages from business accounts and non-contact channels flood the main chat screen, making it cluttered.

One incident happend few years ago. I guess BMC is waiting for the second stampede at Parel station and Prabhadevi. Water logging, scarcity of place due to ongoing flyover work has made the situation worst.
