Horrendous customer service by @peyushbansal led @Lenskart_com Kandivali Mahavir Nagar store . Every time you approach them they would sell you one extra pair of specs at some extra price. I got 2 specs last Nov and returned one few days later & got store credit as it had issues

Now when I ask to use my store credit for the second specs I am told to pay additional ₹1500 for specs and buy one extra specs (as it’s an offer) so in all they first sold me 2 specs at 3000 now after returns they want me to pay another 1500 for one extra other pair.
