@VirginMoney All you had to do was pass the claim number on to your legal team. This is a legal matter not a complaint. This CCJ may affect your credit rating. It is also on the public register so everyone knows you are in debt. I've informed my MP, maybe he can encourage you to pay your debt

@RupertLowe10 @VirginMoney is refusing to settle a County Court Judgement I obtained against them. Why can corporations ignore CCJs but not the man in the street? Ironically my claim was for negligence and breach of duty of care towards me, a vulnerable brain tumour patient.

@VirginMoney expects me to chase them for outstanding CCJ! Court sent them a copy of CCJ in Oct 25 with instruction to pay forthwith. They refuse to pay unless I send them my personal data on social media. They have the claim number which is all they need. @CEOVirginMoney
