Thanks for the RT/convo re: #klout. :) @TheFireTracker2 @emgis

[Scott C @DisasterManSC]

Oh, I see +1 MT @firefighterjp: ...instructors argument was trad. media's influence on everyone far exceeds "minimal" SM influence. Disagree

[Scott C @DisasterManSC]

.@firefighterjp From local experience: we have strengthened relationships w/ local media on SM to get our msg in traditional forms too #SMEM

[Scott C @DisasterManSC]

.@firefighterjp I agree traditional PRINT media for disaster news=not effective. But I think SM compliments & meets a diff audience #SMEM

[Scott C @DisasterManSC]

.@chiefb2 Perhaps @cherylble's Twitter brochure (from www.sm4em.org/fun-to-shar/ ) can give you some ideas? #SMEM http://t.co/2WuGXtfb

[Scott C @DisasterManSC]

<grin> RT @TheFireTracker2: I never get past the laughing part to explain.. #SMEM #klout

[Scott C @DisasterManSC]

When people ask me what my @Klout score is, I ask what their face-to-face clout is with stakeholders. #justsaying #engagement #SMEM

Interesting comments on one problem (& possible motivation) behind #SOPA by @cmstudios http://t.co/O4PtFfcp cc: @rkelzenberg @stephanieodea

[Scott C @DisasterManSC]

The #SOPA bill reminds me of Al Gore: "I created the internet, I can take it away." #notgoingtowork #unintendedconsequences
