ASonicBread The video shows a reported knife attack on a street in north Belfast, Northern Ireland (Monday night). A 30-year-old Sudanese man, Hadi Alodid, allegedly slashed local resident Stephen Ogilvie repeatedly in the head/neck area with a kitchen knife — widely described as an attempted beheading. The victim suffered serious injuries, including losing an eye, and remains hospitalized.

Police arrested Alodid at the scene. He has been charged with attempted murder, possession of a knife in public, and threats to kill. He appeared in court and was remanded in custody. No terror link reported; motive under investigation.
