It's not quite as strong as Superman but Milly, Jason (more please) and Eve are all fantastic. Kara as a character is BRILLIANTLY portrayed.

My one complaint with Superman was Jor-El and Krypton, and how that movie portrayed them.

Supergirl fixes 50% of that problem, making Krypton everything we want. Along with a fantastic look at Argo.

That said Jor-El in the DCU has been completely massacred. It wasn't a fake.
