A section of bank employees particularly those officers who are member of AIBOC has this bad habit of blaming chv for all that is wrong with officers because these AIBOC people can not accept their own mistake of being in a wrong union and do not have guts to call out their own leaders .
All officers should understand this for their own goods chv is not officers leaders he is workmen leader and he is their electric leader and he will be elected again .he is under no obligation to fight for officers.he is not convenor of UFBU either .he tavels by flight or train or on car this is his members money not yours and mine .I know many officers leaders who travel by business class .
Today AIBOC represents more than 3 lakh officers and is the largest constituent of UFBU .so these AIBOC people should do introspection instead of blaming chv for everything.
As for me I am probably only one who argues with him openly and disagree with him but that does not mean i disrespect him .love him or hare him today he is the tallest banking leader who is respected even by government representatives in CLC and IBA meeting .
But onus to fight for officers causes is only AIBOC and not for him and we will extend all support to AIBOC if they lead officers fight for causes dear to officers .
Relatively speaking workmen staff enjoy better working conditions and chv is the leader of workmen.
I think union should start Mass Leave campaign in all bank rotationally..means one bank on one day..if action taken on members union should give support.. it will avoid LWP due to strike also and campaign can run for months.. Kindly think on this if it is practically possible.

Bankers are on Strike today
i.e. 27th Jan.
Strike means our salary will be deducted for that day. We will be on roads for our decade long demand of #5DaysBanking which was promised to us but not implemented till now.
#BankersOnStrike
A shorter banking week can enhance overall efficiency, allowing banks to streamline operations and reduce operational fatigue. #Implement5DayBanking https://t.co/U38ibCGYuO
Stop this step-motherly treatment towards bank employees. We also deserve some time to rest and take care of our families. We demand 5 day banking.
