I had a flight booking with @makemytrip today. I had to reschedule it for 26th due to medical issues. Spent over an hour to get reschedule request raised with Vansh Sanghwani. I paid the fare difference. And was promised an e-ticket in 5 hours. It's been 15 hrs, no ticket.

@makemytripcare I want to share my Harrowing experience of rescheduling a flight with you when I have already paid for rescheduling fee at the time of booking and I have already paid for the Fare difference.
I was on call with Vansh who confirmed that my flights are booked.
