@ajambrosino The spell book + action bar combo is incredibly intuitive, and I think Codex should copy it to help normies reach a “good-to-go” state faster.

Could even add a 'Beginner' toggle to the spell book so it only shows straightforward actions. Like a level 1 player only has 2–3 spells

But Codex is meant for everyone. There were MMOs before WoW, but WoW became mainstream because it was designed with everyday users in mind.
