@robbystarbuck @VoteMarsha It’s a growing problem, there is one sailboat with a mast that is rotted that takes up three slips (two empty that can be used because of danger of falling). Other boats are taking up prime slips that could be generating $3500 a year. People who pay their fees are frustrated.
