I'm a believer in "iron sharpens iron", so practicing against better guys his same age would only help him. He needs some time w/ the Bulls roster.

@BullsSource @KCJHoop It's summer league, with a collection of players that doesn't include a true PG. Swain's shot wasn't there, but his defensive instincts were. I'd actually give him a C this summer. SL is more for gunners.

@WholeLottaBull Dude never got a chance to play his natural position until he got to the Bulls, a position known to take time to learn to play well. He's already putting up top 50, close to top 25 numbers. He hasn't had a good team around him, & passing PGs HAVE to have scorers.

@cbefred Yes, summer league is WAY overrated. The only time it holds relevance is when a guy is putting up OVERWHELMING numbers, and that only seems to apply to their rookie year as well.

@cbefred I have yet to see a guy play for a high-level national team (including ours) and not get better to some degree from the experience (as long as them don't get hurt). Matas will be fine.
