@AmericanAir I just flew American for the first and probably last time. STT to SFO. 17 notifications for gate changes or flight delays. 17!! What a way to end my vacation. Please get it together. Running back and forth across an airport is not my idea of fun. MIA is HUGE!

Dear @Avis, I finally did get my car in St. Thomas, 2 days later and only because I went back to the airport counter until they had one come in. The car was filthy. They need help. Please help the staff (who we were friendly and kind) to have enough inventory for reservations.

No, after several calls to them they kept saying they had no cars. I can’t imagine they went an entire day with no cars coming in or going out. It’s so frustrating.

@Avis Thanks. We still don’t have a rental car. Last night they told us we would get it today. I called multiple times today but they claimed: no cars available. Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary & I have reservations on the other side of the island. Pls help us get a car in the am.

Tried several times this morning, finally had to go in and stand in line. It was just a bad Starbucks day: App didn’t work, they made my drink wrong and they shorted my husbands drink. I’ll have to try another day since today was the first day of PSL.
