@buran_1120 The prices of beef at least where I live can get pretty high, unfortunately. The even more strange part is that a decent portion of the state I am in is farm land. Such as life though, I think the general consensus is that everything is getting pretty expensive here lately 😅

@ilovecowsman @carrol_genie_ Its not nearly as sweet as a tonkatsu sauce, the base is soy sauce. The closest thing I've had to it is soy, mirin, and sugar mix that is used as a base for some dishes

@carrol_genie_ The miso one, the normal flavor and the roasted garlic flavor are so great to add to dishes! I use them in stir fry, onigiri, musubi, and sometimes I add a little to my ramen as well. Its nice when you dont want to make a whole sauce for your dish yourself :)
