Big Fred in the house, going back through photos from Travis. The C-5 deserves more love, absolutely insane how big this machine is, totally wild seeing it lift off and fly, the scale of it all is hard to comprehend and capture.
According to https://t.co/jdYMHtnVim HASTE DID launch after our on-site watchers retreat back home (some time after 06:45 UTC) - if anyone saw a red dot in the skies in DC etc. after 2:45 am EDT please report here ๐

And a stack of all 100 photos to show the full arc of tonight's launch as seen from the surprisingly chilly Bay Area. Nice to get back to shooting launches after a couple weeks of downtime!
@rocketgobrrrrr@asherbphotos Assuming the integration building is open on the side facing the hangar the umbilical would have to be to the side or at the back on the ocean side so probably a better view, just a guess though
From a friend of @NASAWatch at @FinancialTimes : "I'm hoping to speak to anyone at #NASA who worked with #Aerochrome infrared film, or anyone at the agency involved in aerial photography remote sensing, mapping or low-earth observation from the 1960s to early 2000s. If that's you, please get in touch with me at mischa.frankl-duval -at- https://t.co/a8R8uW6Tsd " FYI @ingallsimages@johnkrausphotos
