Visited the Chroma store in Gorakhpur and had a terrible experience. There was no designated car parking, and we didn’t want to risk parking on the road. We spent more than 20 minutes struggling to find a spot in the front set-back to avoid a challan ticket.

It’s baffling that Chroma would lease a store without ensuring proper car parking facilities for customers, showing a complete disregard for customer convenience.

This experience has damaged our trust in Chroma, and we hope immediate steps are taken to address these issues.
