Absolutely appalled by the service from @firstcryindia
1. Ordered diapers → Delivered damaged.
2. Complained & Returned → Was assured "it won't happen again."
3. Re-ordered → Delivered DAMAGED AGAIN
@firstcryindia I have already raised an email and sent full details over there. 📧
If you have time, please actually read the WHOLE mail instead of asking me to repeat myself here.

The policy is "Return per platform," but the mistake is yours. You broke the contract by not delivering a usable item.

You deliver a damaged product. I return it. I order aging the same product and it DAMAGED again.

@firstcryindia After sending 3 complaint mails regarding the delivery delay, my issue is still not resolved. Poor customer service and no proper updates — had to cancel my order finally. Very disappointing experience.
