You did NOT refund the "Platform Charges." Why should I pay this fee when YOU cancel the sale?

The order, 11002024RUH97153AF, arrived 4 days late and was useless. I demand a FULL refund for BOTH these orders.

@Divy_Patel93@firstcryindia I'm disappointed that the @firstcryindia team's mail replies completely fail to acknowledge the actual problem. All I've received are empty apologies for the inconvenience and baseless claims that they're addressing the issues.

Refund the full amount ASAP. Fail to do so, and I immediately file a complaint with @nch1915 & @jagograhakjago as this is a case of misleading consumers.

I raised a complaint about the previous delay as well but got zero help. When I tried to cancel you are charging platform fees when it's not even my fault. This repeated breach of trust is unacceptable. @firstcryindia I expect a resolution NOW.
