Bought a tab from flipkart that did not even switch on. FK asked me to go to Samsung. Samsung asks me to take the tablet to service centre & get it checked! All I wanted a working tablet and now I have to spend time at Samsung service centre? @flipkartsupport@Flipkart
I ordered Samsung tablet and it just doesn't switch on. I have been raising service requests for 3 days - no response. Finally spoke to customer care who tells me I have to speak to brand and Flipkart has no role.Need help
