@cathaypacific very disappointed that our business class tickets from Hong Kong to DFW do not give us access to first class lounge. Our flight doesn’t even offer first class or we would have purchased that. When we arrived in Hong Kong over a week ago, we had access to First class lounge with the same tickets. There is hardly anything for me to eat here that is gluten free. A necessity for me since I have celiac disease. I just cannot emphasize how upset I am right now. My fare was very expensive!

@cathaypacific flying business but the Deck lounge is full and you are still letting people in. Had to leave and sit at the gate. Extremely disappointed. Not recommended.

@cathaypacific the crisis management of your airline is horrific. No one knew what to do and no one would communicate anything about the flight changes. Your team booked hotels for us that didn’t have space! The shuttle never picked me up and I had to WALK to the hotel!!!!

@cathaypacific I'm flying on July 3rd with American and Cathay Pacific. I spoke with american for seat selection, and they said that's its up to cathay. I called y'all and you said it's up to american. What kind of stupidity is this. Please help me out and DM me.
