A package from France was supposed to be delivered to me on Friday in Hong Kong. Arrived at 4am at the airport but didn't get delivered.

Instead of getting it to me on Monday (14th) these fucks now shipped it to the US and delayed by TEN DAYS

@UPS All they told me is 'oh it'll be here in a week'. That would make it 2 weeks for Expedited. Something @DHLGlobal easily manages to delivered in a mere 1.5 days from Europe. Oh - and with actual tracking.
I just want to know if I get this thing and when. Delay is costing me money
