एकदम से आयविट्निस ने आकर ये कहा की समीर वानखेड़े ने वसूली की..ध्यान देने की बात ये है कि ये सब आरोप तब सामने आए जब NCB ने ग़ुलाम अली को समन भेजा। उससे पहले क्या ये आयविट्निस सो रहा था। इन सभी को अब ये लगने लगा की समीर वानखेड़े ने इनको ख़त्म करने का पूरा बंदोबस्त कर दिया है।
