When Karnataka, Kerala & West Bengal can why not Punjab Govt restrict banking hours from 10am to 2pm along with all Saturdays off to deal with rising COVID19 cases. As bank branches are becoming hotspots in spread of COVID19. It is in the best interest of State #AskCaptain #PBEF
