when I email to the WU they said transaction will be processed and will deliver to receivers bank. I don’t understand why they freeze my money what’s is the reason. They are making people fool by freezing there money. And telling them false information

I am really fed up with service of @WesternUnion (USA )it is 2nd time they hold my money my family members send me money on 3 jan From USA and per the policy it takes 24 to 48 hour to deliver money to receivers bank but it’s now almost 8 days. Money is not being received.
