@optimum issue of the month. I have not been able to access my optimum email for a few hours. I have tried on 3 different devices and webmail. I have important emails to read. What is the issue this time? Ironic how rates go up and services go down. Please help.
@OptimumHelp@optimum I already spoke to an @Optimum rep on the phone. I don’t think you’ll have a different answer for me. I’m very disappointed in this company & how loyal customers get treated. I understand prices are being raised on everything in the world. The only thing not rising is my salary.
Here we go again @optimum. Last year I changed to internet only for $49.99/month. Unbeknownst to me that “promotional” rate was for 1 year. Now I’m being charged $65/month. Seriously WTH? A loyal customer for 30+ years. It might finally be time to leave you 😡

Kudos to @superchix for making things right with the order @Grubhub screwed up and I had to pick up my order myself. @superchix has gained a loyal customer in me. Wish I could say the same for Grubhub who needs to desperately work on their communication and customer service.
@optimum I don’t need anyone to go over my rates. I read my bill & @optimum is way overpriced. I will be dropping some of my services until I find another provider to switch to. Just an embarrassment on @optimum ‘s part & a terrible way to treat a long and loyal customer for about 29 yrs
Hey @optimum, why did my bill go up $36 in a month to nearly $300?!?! That is just ridiculous for someone who doesn’t even have any premium channels and I didn’t add anything to my service. Time to drop some services or shop around for a new provider 🤦🏼♀️ #WTH#youcandobetter

I’d like to update that I actually had a supervisor call me back and offered a more reasonable credit to my account. However their overall customer service definitely needs an overhaul. They need to work on their communications as well.
I don’t like to call out companies on social media especially during these trying times but @optimum has the absolute worst customer service. I was without service for 6 days last month and they want to credit me only $28?! I pay nearly $240/month. It’s time to switch services
Part two of my tweet directed at @optimum. I also has to take two half days off from work to be home for a technician with the first one almost not coming because I didn’t answer the phone that was out because I had no service! And he missed the fried wires on my house!
Wow @optimum. What does it take to actually get through to a human voice. Your customer service number is way too automated and it actually hung up on me. Waiting at my house for technician. They pulled up to my house then left. Why?
@OptimumHelp I DM’d you Angela but I’m not confident I will receive a response or resolution. I’ve taken to Twitter before to complain about this issue (& other issues). I get a quick reply from optimum telling me to DM more info, which I do & then I hear crickets…someone needs to do better

I’ve had to do this 3 times already in the past 5 minutes. I’ve been a customer for more than 27 years. Please do better. Could have switched to FIOS 10 years ago but decided to stay with Optimum. Starting to rethink my decision…
