I follow customer care explain my need and dissatisfaction they profile me or let me say they, think I'm going to complain to the front office or I've been sent by the company to investigate them.

I simply wanted them to make me coffee, they said there is no coffee available, but never explained why there is no coffee, because I buy most of my coffee at any naivas at any time and it don't make sense saying there is no coffee without explanation.

Also, let them know that there is a better way to explain themselves rather than making it look like they are tired or don't want to serve a customer.

@naivas_kenya Why would I pay for things I bought, raise a complaint about poor services from the kitchen/bakery area, then when leaving be stopped by security to ask for my reciept? Are they trying to call me a thief or trying to know who has filed a complain through my reciept?
